How long have you been in business?

Our company has been in business for over 10 years. We started as brokers in supplying product in bulk to several companies. We used our purchasing power and ability to select from a wide range of products to launch Nature’s Own Dog Chews. We have chosen the cream of the crop when it comes to treats for your dog.

How do I store the Nature’s Own treats?

Storing them in an air tight bag or container at room temperature (70-73 degrees Fahrenheit) in dry conditions and away from sunlight will ensure a longer shelf life. It is recommended that you do not put a treat that your dog has started back in the the container/bag with the unused treats as this may introduce any impurities from the partially consumed treat to the unused ones. If the treat has moisture from the dog’s saliva that may have been in contact with the floor or from outdoor surfaces, one would not want to introduce that to the fresh product.

How are your products processed?

Our goal is to ensure that very little additives, if any, are introduced to the treats. Any additives are as natural as can be. All products are in accordance with CFIA and USDA/FDA standards. They are all lab-tested before they are shipped to Canada. We have not had any experience with testing coming back positive for E. Coli or Salmonella as we impose very strict guidelines on processing procedures and quality control. All products are slow-baked to ensure the maximum flavour is maintained in the treats.

What makes Nature’s Own Dog Chews treats unique?

As we hold permits from several companies from around the world, we choose and design treats that are made to our specifications that are priced right. Our goal is to create treats with a purpose when possible. Whether it be a treat rich in omegas, one with glucosamine and chondroitin, or just a great dental chew, we will have one that is just right for your dog.

Which payment methods do you accept

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Apple Pay, and eTransfer.

If paying by eTransfer, please send the funds to [email protected] and use password ‘naturesown’ (these instructions will show at checkout also)/

What if I need to make changes to my order?

We process orders quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make the changes if your order has not been processed already.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on order $75 or more (before taxes).

Due to high shipping costs to the Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavut, we are unable to offer free shipping to these areas. We reserve the right to evaluate shipping costs to other parts of the country. If rates are excessive, you will be notified by e-mail.

For orders not eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.
