The Nature’s own Kangaroo Heart Chew product is NOT COOKED, only slowly dried. Slow Drying at 90 degrees celsius for over 10 hours reduces the moisture content, and keeping the natural chew fresh and locking in all of its flavours.

Store them in an airtight bag or container at room temperature (70–73°F), in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Don't put a partly chewed piece back with fresh ones; keep it separate to avoid introducing moisture or impurities.
